Skull Terror Bird

This 'cute' fellow was inspired by the amazing giant Terror Birds from the Cenozoic (wikipedia) period
However this creature is very small, at knee height. But dont let the size of this little guy fool you, he is not pleasant. He feeds mainly on small rodents, or birds if he can get his claws on them. His primary weapons are the sharp talons on his feet, and his speed. His wings have become less useful over time but he can flap them for brief moments of flight.
